Welcome to Liz Michie Yoga

Liz teaches Power Yoga - a dynamic, vinyasa based style following a well-balanced sequence structure. Liz trained with Dylan Ayaloo at Hot Power Yoga and is known for guiding students through a friendly energetic practice. Liz is very happy to be sharing her love for yoga, she has a very attentive approach to teaching and aims to bring personality and lots of fun to her classes.

The classes are challenging yet very accessible providing a nice balance of strength, flexibility and playfulness. They will give you the chance to slow down, feel and connect to your breath and body. She will take you to new depths leaving you feeling empowered and filled with positive energy!
